- CLChristian LoftisAug 21, 20261.0Just wanted to thank you to the sub carrier who put very important envelopes in the wrong mailbox in my neighborhood. I needed to have them mailed to SD earlier this week due to being out of town for work and they were expected Tuesday, but didn’t receive them until yesterday, as my neighbors gave them to my wife because they were in their mailbox. Is it really that hard to read addresses? And, Priority Express Mail is a scam when Priority Mail delivers in the same time window as Express. If I didn’t have to use USPS, I wouldn’t. You guys have become a joke to the public. Maybe hire competent people to deliver the mail and your rating would be higher.

Packages are constantly either delivered to wrong address or there are serious integrity and ethical concerns with the mail carriers. My COLD shipped medications are marked as delivered to my mailbox as of 8/4/2026 at 3:08pm and still cannot track it down. It’s mailed medications and this package is no where to be found. Now waiting on another order from out of state pharmacy that only uses USPS so I can’t even request a different delivery service. This happens constantly out here with anything either critical or expensive.

- JJJessyJun 22, 20261.0Tell me why this location doesn't have automatic doors??? And THREE doors to get to the drop off counter?!?! I can not carry my packages in to this place, I literally struggle so much and want to cry by the end of dropping off my big boxes. How do handicap and people on crutches or wheelchairs use this location? I find this unacceptable.
