I can not carry my packages in to this place, I literally struggle so much and want to cry by the end of dropping off my big boxes. How do handicap and people on crutches or wheelchairs use this location? I find this unacceptable.

I literally had to cut holes in the side of the box to get a grip on it too pull it out. There was no room on either side or the top to get the box to move. That's some pretty dumb stuff. Do better.
