- NHnikki hodgesFeb 13, 20181.0Never have I had an issue with the Postal Service until now. I spoke with Sue this morning, asked to speak to the Post master, she refused. I have been having an issue with my mail, THERE IS NONE IN MY BOX! When I called to try and figure this out, she was unbearably rude and not helpful in the least bit. I'm not only missing important documents she claimed they sent back, but money, and bills as well. When asked how to get it back she told me it was my fault and she doesn't read minds. She, the entire conversation was condescending and rude. How employers get with hiring mean and bitter people and actually keeping them around is beyond me. Currently waiting on hold with the 1-800 number to figure everything out and report my experience.
