- GSGowri ShankarApr 26, 20261.0Absolutely ridiculous service. They dont scan return labels in email and they need paper return labels. In 21st century they are asking for physical return labels. With all the technology upgrades, this store is going backwards. And when I asked why do they have bar code readers, and why cant they scan, they say they only scan QR code and they charge $2 for printing the return label. What a joke! Absolutely no intention to good service to the customer than charging $2 for return shipment.
