  Absolutely TERRIBLE service. We were trying to ship medication overnight just this moment on Saturday afternoon. We were met with unhelpful staff who mentioned that their overnight driver has “just left.” Didn’t try to help us with any solutions, just “sorry he was gone. We didn’t expect you to make him turn around and help us, but could you have called to see if he was close? And why is the overnight driver leaving before you close? Maybe you have legitimate answers for my questions but your service and demeanor was awful. I dont usually tell people to stay away from businesses bc I understand everyone has a bad day. But we were in a time of need and you made it really clear it wasn’t your problem. Thanks for that.

  Zero stars if I could. I’ve been to this UPS location several times over the past year, and unfortunately, I have consistently had poor experiences with the customer service. Whenever I’ve needed help with a return or package issue, it feels like the focus is on finding a reason why they can’t help, rather than trying to find a solution. Instead of taking ownership of the situation or helping customers understand their options, the responsibility seems to continually get passed somewhere else. I completely understand that UPS locations have policies they have to follow, but there is a big difference between explaining a policy and genuinely trying to help a customer versus simply looking for a reason to deny the request. After multiple visits and consistently receiving the same type of service, I unfortunately cannot recommend this location. I hope management takes the feedback seriously and works toward creating a more helpful, solution-oriented customer service experience.
