I honestly dont know how christa has a job working with the general public. She completely lacks any social skills, and for some reason is super petty about everything. If you hate people that much you probably shouldn't work in a public service job. I would also highly recommend brushing your hair and making yourself look somewhat presentable for work. Its embarrassing that anyone in management there would let her continue to work there, given her continuous terrible attitude and absolute lack of professionalism that obviously multiple other people have noticed given the other reviews. Id recommended opening and paying for a mail box in another town than deal with this place.

This happend awhile ago but when I lived in parachute I found out the workers at this office lost a check and I wasnt getting mail. I started looking into it and when tracked my mail was sitting at their office for days. I brought it up and they retaliated by damaging out my mail. But they uploaded the pictures and there was no damage whatsoever. They started holding my mail hostage etc because I wanted them to do their jobs. I had to call officials and everything just to get my mail from them at this office. I dont know why they started a fight with me or why they hated me so much to the point I couldnt get any mail. I started using other family mailing addresses because with the parachute office I needed to make a claim to get anything from them. Absolute terrible experience and worthless humans.

Whoever the lady is that answers the phone is extremely rude and really could use some training on customer service and this is not my first issue having with her... every single time I have called she is extremely rude!!! Or maybe have her work in back where she is not being so hateful to the public.

So far have had horrible experiences with the people delivering my packages. They don’t knock or even ring your doorbell when a signature is required, they take the package and leave applying zero effort. I have on footage one of them dropping my package that clearly states fragile. Very lazy people who clearly hate their jobs. The encounters we’ve had with these delivery women were unpleasant and rude. I’d leave 0 stars if I could.

Of all the really dumb stuff that's happened with the mail in the 7 years I've lived in parachute.... From watching mail carriers throw my packages to today, they left W2's just on my porch. I would just like to day so better. Seriously. It's the mail, if you aren't up for the responsibility of the task find a different job. Seriously. Can we not do better??
