- KBKristen BApr 17, 20265.0This post office actually makes the chore of going to the post office a pleasurable experience. They have been extremely helpful every time I've been, going above and beyond and have been so friendly in the process. Its so refreshing to experience.
- PTPat TulinskiJul 4, 20241.0Refuses to use lock boxes for packages and has limited hours to pickup at the counter, so packages get returned. Their excuse: we don't have time to put packages in the lockers, as if returning them to sender takes less time. Ridiculous.
- LALisa AdamsDec 9, 20235.0I've lived in Palisade for 7 years, and the postal workers have always been friendly and helpful. They taught me to use the 9-digit zip code on orders that don't allow a PO box address, and it's worked like a charm. Sometimes letters come addressed to my physical address, and they get to my PO box even still. While I have to clarify with services who ask for my address if they want my physical address or my mailing address, that is true for anyone who has a PO box.
- BABadger-1-1 ActualMar 27, 20211.0They are atrocious! Their hours of operation are horrible, good luck getting a package during the week. In ten years I have yet to have anything placed in one of the large lockers. As another reviewer stated, if you have both your physical address and your PO Box on your mail they will return to sender. This is a real inconvenience as many of my online orders do not specify who the carrier will be.Luckily the UPS and FedEx drivers know me and so the few times a package has come via either carrier with my PO Box they still deliver it. God forbid the USPS worker has to read an additional line. As a U.S. Government employee my self I find it insulting that I am required to do my job and adapt, but these folks do not. Lastly, if they loose your mail it your problem not theirs. Many a times I have provided a USPS tracking number and they still have no clue where my mail is. I really wish mail was delivered to my physical address like every where else I have lived.

If your physical address is on the mail, they’ll send it back to sender. Even if your P.O. Box is the next line down. They get real sus about it when you call them out.
