- TSTeresa SanchezMay 6, 20265.0I've been st the Washington USPS Manny times. Always a long line! Maybe we ALL (both sides of the desk) should at least say "hi" and add a smile! Standing most (or all) of your work hours can be somewhat tiresome as most employees of different jobs would agree. So just be nice to EVERYONE! So much useless anger on this world. Smile 😃 TLS
- TSTravis StanleyMay 4, 20261.0The office sucks, I had a few packages not delivered to my address so I went in same day to let them know I’d like to intercept my packages get them before they sent back out, They got a hold form for my packages and wrote down my name and info to call me when this packages are found. The following day I heard nothing back so I went in to see if my packages where ready to be picked up upon asking I am then told my packages were sent back out in the morning. They don’t do what they say and they just make getting your packages an issue. Worst package delivery office in the area.

The other employees are still amazing so im changing my review to 5 stars! *original review* I finally met the person everyone in the reviews complains about. She walked into the room with a nasty aura and sneer on her face and me and the people in line could immediately tell she was trouble. The looks on the peoples faces in line were something else. Anyways this lady gets to her station and asks "can I help you?" with one of the nastiest venom dripping tones you'll ever hear. I walked up the the counter and before i could say anything she snatched the package out of my hands, like actually snatched it hard, and tossed it on the scale and said thank you. I said I need a receipt, she huffed and printed it. I go here frequently and every other worker has been awesome and I didnt understand why these reviews were so low. Well now I know.
