- SWStephanie WalkerJul 29, 20261.0Three times now I get a slip that they can’t deliver because the boxes are full so I tell them leave at office and they keep sending out on truck. I have multiple confirmations saying it’s supposed to be at office and is always out and then when I go in they tell me I’m wrong when I have an email confirmation saying to leave it there. Beyond frustrating when can’t choose when companies ship usps or when neighbors can’t pick up cluster now literally just stuck so thanks

- ADAndrew DemelFeb 29, 20241.0I've had several issues with deliveries at this post office. Their package pickup window is frequently closed during their regular business hours, making package pickup difficult. As far as package tracking online goes they are usually behind. For example, if the tracker says to expect delivery on Thursday afternoon/evening, there's a good chance it will be delivered on Friday instead. I have also had several instances of receiving an "out for delivery" notification, then within an hour that they were unable to deliver the package even before any mail was delivered at the mailbox. I can only guess that this means they chose not to make an attempt at delivery. Sometimes that's due to a larger package, but it's annoying to hear "out for delivery" then be told that I have to drive out to the post office a few days later in order to pick up the package.

They single employee is friendly and keeps it clean and does his job and my review in no way is ment to relect on them. That being said I am tired of goin to the office when it is supposed to be open and finding it already closed. It would only take a few minutes to update the hours so people can check on it but no that seems to be something nobody working there is capable of for some reason. If its after one fifteen I would call first as if you dont it a nine out of ten shot that they will already be closed when you show up. THIS IS NOT A FOUR STAR POST OFFICE IT IS ONE STAR AT BEST.
