- SOShanay Osborne5 days ago1.0Before I could even ask a question I was rudely told that I would need a bag for my item which if I would have been given the chance to ask my question it was going to be do I need a bag and what size and then when I was standing in line I proceeded to watch him be rude to other customers not flat out rude just like he couldn't be bothered with her questions and other employees witnessed the encounter and just walked away his name was Steven and I did not appreciate his customer service.

Patrick recommended I use a different kind of envelope from what I had grabbed because it was $15 cheaper and just as quick and padded. Very grateful! EDIT- went in again yesterday to mail some books to a friend. Stephen made some shipping recommendations that saved me HALF of what I expected to spend!
