The employees that work inside the facility try to be very helpful and are nice, but we keep running into issues with deliveries as I see a few other people do, at times it’s good but then something will get shoved in the back of the mailbox that wouldn’t fit and they just refuse to go down our driveway to deliver it, as well as us being home and somehow “missing” deliveries even with our garage open which leads me to believe they didn’t even try once again. I told the nice man at the desk about this and he said he would give my father a call back since he was the one worried about this but never did, it’s just things that shouldn’t be so hard to do so it sucks to deal with at times..

06/12/26: A clean USPS. For this interaction staff were friendly. Some dude was like yelling like go away or something. Other than that I went to pick up my packages. I didn't know I could do general delivery so I saved $90 bucks. Thanks for letting me know. Much appreciated! 07/17/26: there was a dude he had brown hair I'm not too sure. Kind of tall. The dude kept trying to like not give me my packages but also like trying to like from what I assumed on his end, he had a pretty bad attitude. He had already scanned my packages because I had to send mail out then I had to leave for a minute to get other things before I went to pick up packages. And you just stared at me and he was like can I help you? And I'm like you saw me not even 20 minutes ago I came to pick my packages. And so he doesn't have packages but he already had scanned them. Weird interaction. Also he had said thanks boss man. Of which irritates me but that's something new all over the United States just have to get used to how the new communication is.

Iv been in 5 days in a row for my mail, I'm expecting my debit card so I can pay bills, and every time I went to ask them, they say they don't have the mail. They have yet to changed my lock nor given me a key to retrieve my mail. I know my card is in my box, it has sayed delivered for 4 days now, and Iv confirmed with my bank that the card has arrived.
