- DRDavid RahbanyAug 23, 20262.0Emblematic of the US Postal Service’s demise. It’s no wonder the Postal Service is going under. They seem to have no pride in what they do and that is evident in their service. From the homemade and handwritten signage to the backpacking tape mounted service bell, this place reeks of budget shortfalls and neglect. The people behind the counter are generally amicable yet unprofessional. On more than one occasion they have been feeding themselves while serving customers, and yet they totally shut down during lunch hour. Deliveries often miss the expected delivery date and the employees act inconvenienced when I hand them the orange slip indicating a package is being held for my pick up. Why Amazon has a contact with USPS when there are so many better alternatives is beyond my understanding.

I can’t say enough good things about the great crew at the counter. Marissa & Brianna are a delight and never fail to have a smile and go above and beyond. They always give my dog a treat and I can’t thank them enough. I’ve had trouble with logistics like getting a post-office box and missing mail/packages that weren’t returned or held for me but the wonderful help in front outshines the negatives that are out of their hands 🤗
