I can’t say enough good things about the great crew at the counter. Marissa & Brianna are a delight and never fail to have a smile and go above and beyond. They always give my dog a treat and I can’t thank them enough. I’ve had trouble with logistics like getting a post-office box and missing mail/packages that weren’t returned or held for me but the wonderful help in front outshines the negatives that are out of their hands 🤗

They shove packages in mail boxes, refuse to deliver other things. At one point they claim to have sent all my mail back but nothing was returned to sender. I thought destroying and stealing mail was illegal... If you live in Lyons pay the extra few bucks to ship via a respectable shipping service.
