I went to office Depot to get some papers emailed the gentleman that assisted me was unhelpful and arrogant I went to this UPS store and found real help the staff were all pleasant and helpful but a young lady named Jayden went out of her way to help and got done what I needed and couldn't have been more helpful I don't give many reviews but in this case I believe Jayden deserves the praise I'm giving her she's a nice person and very helpful I won't forget what she did for me she should be commended for her work all of the staff were friendly and helpful but Jayden helped me above and beyond I have found a new store to do my business in and I would definitely recommend this store instead of office Depot or the Fed ex store this store and Jayden treated me very well

I wanted to give a shout out to Laura! She did everything she could to make sure I got what I needed even though it took us a couple of tries and this old girl really appreciated it thank you so much again Laura 😁

Young lady in black hat had an attitude in the morning. To top it off my wife came in a few hours later and could hear said young lady shouting angrily from the back, very unprofessional and this same young lady has had an attitude with me before. (Updated review because I believe the owner when he says he values professionalism and everyone else has been great)

These guys were awesome!. I came in right basically a closing time. They already had the gates up and were ready to go, but they still let me come in with my two large packages and get them shipped even though I may have even been a minute or two after closing time. Really appreciate it.

Accurate and detailed clerk. Long lines...a smile from him and acknowledgement for the wait.
