  This location goes above and beyond to help! Friendly, VERY Helpful, and efficient. This location should be FedEx's example of perfection. I got there last night at 6:28pm, and the lady made sure my item was packed and in the 6:30pm pick up. Without the judgement so many employees get when someone walks it at closing. Thank You!

  At a high level, FedEx is a disaster. However, the employees at this location go above and beyond to resolve the issues outside of their control.

  I’m writing this review from the airport right now, on my way to visit my father, who is very sick and sadly nearing the end of his life. I want to take a moment to recognize Michaela and her manager for something I will never forget. My passport was in a FedEx package that was scheduled to be delivered on Monday, but I urgently needed it for my international trip. I spent more than 24 hours calling customer service, explaining my situation, and desperately trying to find a way to get my package sooner. Unfortunately, no one was able to help me. I was able to fly to California hoping there was somehow a way to get my passport in time. But they told it wasn’t possible. I went to this FedEx location, and that’s when Michaela and her manager stepped in. They treated me with genuine compassion, kindness, and humanity. They went above and beyond to help me during one of the most difficult and stressful moments of my life. To me, they were like angels when I desperately needed someone to care. I will never forget their kindness and the way they treated me, not just as a customer, but as a human being going through an incredibly painful situation. FedEx should be extremely proud to have people like Michaela and her manager representing the company. Their actions meant more to me than they probably realize. I’m sitting here at the airport writing this with a heart full of gratitude. Because of people like them, I was given a little bit of hope during an incredibly painful time. May God bless Michaela and her manager, protect them, and give them everything they wish for in life. I will never forget what they did for me. ❤️
