- MPMichel PerezAug 19, 20261.0I can't say anything positive, as the institution has really messed up the delivery of my mail. In my opinion, there is a lot of disorganization; I’ve had to go there several times to explain that I had already changed my address, yet my mail keeps arriving at the old one. It’s disrespectful—there are important documents involved, such as car titles, checks, and other very important correspondence. To top it all off, my wife's passport is missing; mine arrived, but I had to go back to my old mailing address to retrieve it. I’m speechless when it comes to that place.
