  The manager Reem was very rude and unprofessional and raises his voice to customers that have a concern on why they were not doing the job they are supposed to. When a package is dropped off 3 days ago and still is in the same location that was when was dropped off 3 days later he was very rude and he claims to be the store manager and laughed when I told him I was gonna report him to the ups and was hesitant to give me his name too

  I'd give zero stars if I could. One of the worst customer service experiences in my life. I had a package, the title to my new car, held at this location because I wasn't home for the attempted delivery. Yesterday I was told that the package had already been picked up. They couldn't tell me who signed for it or if any sort of ID was shown. I was told my only option was to call the 1-800 number and file a claim. I told them that I believe they need to fix this as they were the ones that gave my package to someone else and I was told no. They can't call. I have to. There was no sense of ownership for their mistake nor an apology given. edit: it turns out they gave the package to the correct person. The driver put the notice on the wrong door in my complex. However, if the employee at this location was even remotely helpful, he could've confirmed the address with me, like the rep was able to do over the phone, and we would've realized this wasn't my package, and he would've saved me a bunch of time.

  I can only speak for the location I used. The store associate Rim (Harim I believe was his full name) was patient, helpful and kind in the process of getting my package taken care of and shipped, I appreciated his guidance immensely so much so I didn’t leave to go price check at competitors which I was planning on doing originally.
