  I stopped by Staples looking for some labels, but unfortunately, they weren't on the shelf. I asked Ashley at the counter for help, and instead of simply telling me they didn't have them, she went above and beyond by getting her manager, Savannah, involved. Savannah took the time to see if they could find the labels locally, but unfortunately, they had no luck. Thank you, Ashley and Savannah, for your outstanding customer service! These days, it's refreshing to find employees who genuinely care and are willing to go the extra mile instead of just saying, "Sorry, we don't have it." I ended up finding the labels online, but I truly appreciate the time and effort you both put into helping me. Your willingness to help did not go unnoticed. Staples is lucky to have you both!

  Trent was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to help me. I wasn’t able to make it to the store for a pickup-only order due to personal circumstances, and he immediately stepped in and found a solution. He got everything sent out to me right away, handled every issue I had quickly, and was extremely professional throughout the entire process. He was helpful, responsive, understanding, and made what could have been a frustrating situation incredibly easy. This is the kind of customer service that really stands out. Trent represented Staples in the utmost professional manner, and on top of that, he genuinely seems like a great person who actually cares about helping people. If I could give him 6 stars, I absolutely would. He deserves recognition for the way he handled everything. Thank you again, Trent!

  The party city section of this staples is lackluster to say the least. I could find more at the dollar tree down the street. Also, how are you gonna advertise staples as your selling point and have no paper? Noah is chill tho

  Savannah is amazing!! I bought balloons here for a Bday party and she filled all these balloons along with others bought somewhere else. She made sure I had everything I needed and also helped me stuff all these balloons into my car on a windy day. She was very attentive, thorough, and polite. It was a joy to work with her and she made the process so much easier. Thanks again, Savannah!
