  I have used this store for printing presentations and flyers and they are fantastic. Eli behind the desk is always very courteous, responsive and professional. They are very, very helpful and I appreciate their hard work.

  Do not fill out a notary signature ahead of time. They will waste your time and charge you to reprint each sheet of paper.

  Brought in a lamination project. The guy helping when I started was phenomenal and knowledgeable. He then proceeded to hand of my project to someone who did not seem knowledgeable, and they ruined half the project. I was still charged for a whole project. If you can get that one guy for your project start to finish probably would be great.

  After a bad experience at a UPS down the street I came directly to this one instead. I’m 8 months pregnant and had two returns for big heavy packages, which were turned away at the other location because the tape “wasn’t sturdy enough” so they insisted I pay $5, with attitudes and no apologies. When I came into this one, immediately staff offered to help me carry the boxes to the counter and greeted me so friendly. I brought in my roll of tape and said I’d try to tape it better but they said to not even worry about it they can tape whatever is needed. They were kind, and so quick and efficient. I will only ever go to this UPS for now on. Thanks so much for your help today!

  This store probably does a lot of things great, but notarizing documents isn't one of them. Look, it's not fun for us either - but the guy acted like we were putting him out. I had called ahead about an appointment and was told come in anytime. Along with not being very friendly, he was not thorough at all. Luckily we went back through the pages before we left and had to point out multiple items including a missed stamp, dates, county, check box. We wished we didn't have to spend $75, but our bank doesn't notarize these types of documents. Look for another option! UPDATE: After sending the documents to our attorney, we got this back: The notary forgot to complete the notarial certificate at the end of your health care advance directive. Nice.
