  so inattentive every time I come in and so rude and unwelcoming. I’ll be the only one in there and still get ignored and they just act so annoyed to have to scan a package. Definitely my last time coming to this location.

  I frequent this location as it is close to my business, but also because they are friendly, fast and efficient. Sabi was helpful with my return today and went the extra mile to make sure my order was securely packaged. Thanks again, UPS!

  This UPS Store is fantastic! This husband and wife have been here since the ‘90s, and it shows - they’re efficient, organized, and always provide excellent customer service. Mailing packages is usually one of my least favorite errands, but this is the one location I actually don’t mind visiting because they make the process so quick. A special thank you to Sabi, who always goes above and beyond to help. I truly appreciate the great service and will keep coming back!

  Very, very appreciative of the kind staff that helped negotiate a difficult situation. Thank you, thank you to Sabi and Rohit!!💞💞 Our regular monthly order of $200 of regenerative farm ground beef and pork sausage from Seven Sons was going to the wrong address and I had to catch it in transit and re-direct it to the UPS store so I could pick it up. It is Well packed, however the transition had already lost one day and it was late when I saw the notification to pick it up. I was very concerned for the meat.🤷‍♀️🙃 Okay, okay, it's $200 and we are not wealthy. There was no way I was getting to the UPS by 5:00, at least not without a Tardis. I frantically called the store explaining the situation that it was meat that I did not want to go bad and that I was on my way and would be there as close to 5:00 as I could. They explained the store closed at 5:00 but when I explained the situation of losing $200 in meat they very graciously stayed open the extra few minutes, waiting for me to get there. Got the meat! It is a bit defrosted so I will be making a boat load of burgers and sausage patties and freezing them, but I am very grateful the meat did not go to waste. Very thankful! (BTW, The address mishap TOtally did not have anything to do with me forgetting to change the address when we moved.🙄🙄🙄)
