    Our heavy package was returned to our house after shipping it as a return back to the company and when I brought it back to ups to resend they didn’t charge us for covering the package in a big bag so it wouldn’t happen again. Thank u UPS

    Went to the ups store, #upskencaryl, to drop off an Amazon return. It was a very small item (too small to fit the return label address). I was told it was Amazon's policy NOT to pay for an envelope or container. The manager kindly explained the issue. It was Amazon's policy, not UPS's. Although I was not happy with the policy, the manager was kind throughout my encounter.
