  Honestly this is the best customer service I’ve ever received at an ups store. The staff here is incredibly friendly and welcoming and they always remember us. We come back to this specific location for everything we need. Sabi the store manager is incredible we seriously love her.

  Quick and efficient! The managers are so professional and friendly. I waited less than 10 minutes on a Friday. Great service through and through.

  The woman helping me process my return was extremely rude at first impression raised her voice at me and talked to me like I was stupid instead of clarifying which items needed to be scanned for each return label. Towards the end of our interaction, she remembered her customer service voice and wish me a nice day. I don’t appreciate th in-genuine interaction, and will not be going to the UPS again.

  The staff was so kind when I neglected to include the package contents slip inside the package. They securely put it in the plastic envelope so that it would arrive in tact. They are very efficient and treat you very well!

  The Manager (SAM) is very nice person, he greets all the customers very well, feels like personal attention. Also he helped me by allowing to reopen my package to sign one document which I forgot to sign for the first place before shipment. I called him after I left the store and he was able to track back my package from the ups truck and allowed me to reopen the package. he is grateful. he saved me lot of time and money. thanks to Mr Sam
