- WMWadson MaxilaireAug 3, 20261.0The customer service was great, and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, I’ve shipped heavy-duty storage boxes with UPS twice, and both times my boxes arrived badly damaged. They were crushed so badly that it looked like a bulldozer had run over them. These are heavy-duty containers that should be able to handle normal shipping, so this was very disappointing. I expected my belongings to arrive in much better condition. I hope UPS improves how packages are handled to prevent this from happening to other customers.
