- KCKathy CaltonJul 31, 20261.0Terrible postal services. Driver refuses to deliver my packages to the house. He/She leaves big packages down a steep 1/16th of a mile long driveway. He/She is the only driver who says He/she can’t get up my driveway. Amazon, FedEx and UPS have no problems. I can get up the hill in my 2009 Honda Accord just fine. She is just picking and choosing who she wants to deliver packages to. She doesn’t deserve this position. I want my packages delivered to the house.

Even though we arrived early for our appointment and there was another family already with one employee getting their passports, another person came out to help us. He was very efficient and thorough, explaining everything we needed to know. This would be my go to post office if I lived closer!
- TBTiffany BartlettNov 25, 20221.0We went to the Larkspur post office to renew passports. We showed up 10 minutes early with all paperwork & photos completed & ready to go. The man at the counter was extremely rude. He told us we had to wait to see if the person before us showed up. That person never showed up & the man working at the counter didn’t come to start our scheduled appointment until our appointment time has passed. We were the only ones at the post office. He then told us our photos were not acceptable (because we were smiling & had teeth showing) but said we could send them to “see what happens”. The application website says nothing about specifications for teeth showing & the passport example application hanging up at the Larkspur post office has a person smiling with teeth showing. He was not friendly or helpful in any manner. We are extremely disappointed. I would suggest going to another post office since this man obviously has no customer service skills & could care less about people who take time to follow instructions. I wish I got his name to warn others about his negative attitude.

- BBBilly B.Oct 20, 20201.0This place is a complete joke!!! They have written on my personal mail and on my mail In ballot and have returned packages out of spite ... I have gone in many times to ask if there is anything I can do to help or make it easier for them and I’ll I get is screamed at by the lady behind the counter ... this is not how any business should be run let alone a post office that is in control of your mail... I ah e been scars to post a review here because I know when they see it they will mess up my mail but I am just completely at a loss on what to do... I will be looking into some sort of action from the state about writing on my mail and just the General spit that comes from this post office...
