- KCKathy CaltonJul 31, 20261.0Terrible postal services. Driver refuses to deliver my packages to the house. He/She leaves big packages down a steep 1/16th of a mile long driveway. He/She is the only driver who says He/she can’t get up my driveway. Amazon, FedEx and UPS have no problems. I can get up the hill in my 2009 Honda Accord just fine. She is just picking and choosing who she wants to deliver packages to. She doesn’t deserve this position. I want my packages delivered to the house.

Elaine Walked in with our kids and were immediately greeted by a stone cold ice woman who looked like she was asked to climb mt Everest in a swimsuit at the prospect of even talking to us, let alone assist us in any manner. The thought of helping us with our passport applications just did not compute. The algorithm broke. Fortunately, a nice vet came to our rescue and had us all in and out quickly.

How is it one person can negatively impact the experiences of so many people in a Customer Service related job and still be employed. Being bad at something for longer than everyone else does not deserve a reward.
