- SBSyrus BJun 30, 20265.0One extremely helpful employee. Most employees here are not helpful and generally make you feel uninformed. I’ve had multiple terrible experiences here, to the point I actively avoided the place for two years. A shipping mix up on my end necessitated a trip back to this location and I was helped by Darren. Darren is hands down the most informed and helpful associate/employee of any mailing service center I’ve visited, USPS or otherwise. He saved me $50 on shipping a package I had already shipped multiple times, and he provided the reasoning behind the change and explained how it was more secure to ship via registered mail in my case. Not only that, he did this of his own volition and proactively asked a few questions to help me, after I’d been helped by a different employee. If you need to ship with USPS, the trip here is worth the visit. Just ask for Darren.

It is unfortunate that he works in customer service and his face and attitude is so ugly with the client! I will continue to frequent the mail, but if there is any doubt I DO NOT want her to serve me!!!

The portal is down for FBI finger prints appt's so I was told by the 800# to just walk in. She reported well if the portal is down than it's just down. No work around offered. I hope she never goes to the hospital and the portal is down. I guess she would just die then?
