- JRJoseph RomeroApr 13, 20261.0By far the worst usps I've ever been to the comments of the black lady being rude is 100% true she's one of the worst costumer service ladies I've ever had to deal with go in around 2:40 to 3 pm today and yesterday had a package intercept because of wrong address this morning I got notification that it was intercept and was at location to pick up right when I get to the lady I tell her that it was intercepted and that it says its here for pick up she smacks her lips gives attitude and tells me that its not possible since I did it sunday yesterday and I told her we'll the app says its here and she proceeds to write down my confirmation number and says pull I'd and goes back takes 5 min with the package she says wasn't possible to be intercept because I did it yesterday didn't tell her thank and walk off she needs to be fired or retrained because the 2 other worker told the customers have good day how are they expect her she's a terrible person
