- BFBrian FAug 27, 20261.0Definitely don't come here for passports. You can just hear the person in their office, with the door locked, on their phone. Spoke to two people at the front and they just said keep waiting and they'll come out.
- DBDori BAug 21, 20265.0They sure do the bare minimum the clerks of the counter one of maxey fell asleep once that I saw when I was there then there's a lady and she always acts like you're a bother or something and the next guy he's actually the best out of all of them but you can tell he gets like stressed out or something but all of them seem to really take their time and go slow and they all seem to act like they're doing you a favor instead of appreciating that you're the customer paying them and the people that sort the mail there's several packages I never received in my PO box what time the manager went back to see what the problem was he actually found one of my packages in the PO box next to mine so I'm still like struggling with having some of my packages they haven't showed up yet and I can't get my money back or replace them so that's a bummer for me, they need to get a little more spunk and excitement in their lives so they won't be so miserable at their jobs maybe

He continued to be a jerk to me even while someone else was helping me. He didnt like that I spoke up for myself and tried to kick me out. I rang for the supervisor who never came. All for an address change. He wouldn't give me his name!
