  Absolutely EXCELLENT service!! Absolutely phenomenal from start to finish, all the staff were amazing, especially Jana! I had 10 prepaid labels for 20 pound packages, borrowed a scale from work to make sure the weight limit limits were all correct. When I got there, Jana helped me weigh everything, turns out the scale I used was wrong and 7 of the packages were overweight! I told her they all had to be under 20 pounds per my moms request and she helped me and let me open up the boxes and get them all to weight, helped me clean, and helped me repackage all while having a wonderful conversation. AND they had closed 30 mins by the time I left. Jana is fantastic to work with, incredible kind hearted and knowledgeable and didn’t waste a second to lend a helping hand, that steaks volumes about her character and I respect that! I will absolutely be coming back for all of my future shipping needs. Thank you Jana, and thank you to her team. Excellent all around 30/10 would recommend. Best experience I’ve ever had shipping anything my entire life!!

  I’ve been to many shipping stores including many UPS locations. This one is my go-to favorite. Jana has helped me with my requests multiple times and it’s always a pleasure working with her and her staff.

  The team at this location is very helpful! I came in needing help with a rather hefty cardstock project and they knocked it our of the park. Marlin was terrific, patient and extremely friendly. I will forever be coming here for print projects. They have a top of the line printer and a great staff! :)

  I had such an outstanding experience at The UPS Store in Lakewood, CO that I felt compelled to leave a review because exceptional customer service like this deserves to be recognized. In a world where so many businesses feel rushed, impersonal, and transactional, this location stands out in every possible way. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly, treated with respect, and helped by people who clearly take pride in what they do. The biggest reason I wanted to write this review is because the owner, Jana, was absolutely amazing. You can immediately tell when a business owner truly cares about their customers, their team, and the overall experience people have when they walk through the door. Jana was professional, kind, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure everything I needed was handled correctly and efficiently. That level of ownership and pride is rare these days, and it makes a huge difference. I also want to recognize Merik and Marlon, who were both incredibly helpful during my visit. They assisted me with printing off a character reference letter I wrote for my friend who was detained by ICE. I am doing everything I can to help him with his citizenship process, and having people who were patient, understanding, and willing to help during an important situation meant more than they probably realize. They also helped me get the letter notarized, and they handled everything professionally and with genuine kindness. What really stood out was that nobody made me feel rushed or like I was just another customer in line. They took the time to make sure the documents were printed correctly, organized properly, and ready for notarization. When dealing with serious legal and personal matters, that kind of professionalism and attention to detail matters tremendously. The store itself was also very clean, organized, and well run. Everything looked professional, the line moved quickly, and the atmosphere was welcoming. You can tell this location is managed the right way. Even when they were busy, the staff remained calm, efficient, and friendly. That usually reflects strong leadership, and Jana clearly sets the tone. What impressed me most was how genuine the service felt. This was not fake friendliness or scripted customer service. It was real hospitality and real care for the customer experience. Those little details matter, and they are what separate average businesses from great ones. I have been to many shipping stores over the years, and this was one of the best experiences I have had anywhere. Whether you need to ship a package, print important legal documents, notarize paperwork, rent a mailbox, or get help with business services, this is the place to go in Lakewood. Jana has built something special here, and it shows in every part of the operation.   I can’t say enough good things about this UPS Store. I’ve been a box holder for 8 years. This location is so much friendlier, cleaner, and easier than any other UPS Store I’ve been in. I even worked in a UPS Store and it was almost this nice but not quite. If you’re in need of the happiest shipping, packaging, printing, shredding, or notary this is an absolute must for what you need. Thank you Jana and everyone at this store.
