Today I had an appointment for fingerprinting, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. The man assisting me was extremely rude and unhelpful. When I asked questions, he seemed bothered and unwilling to help. The staff did not make any effort to provide assistance or make the process easier. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this location for fingerprinting services.

had to use the IDENTIGo kiosk for fingerprinting, staff was so helpful in getting my digital fingerprints entered correctly and sending them to the appropriate agency. Thank you, i am grateful!

Came in today to drop off pre-labeled, pre-paid packages for my business — something that should take two minutes. Instead, I was pushed toward their unsecured self-scanning box that is completely open to the public. Literally anyone walking by off the street could grab a package out of it. When I said no and explained I didn’t feel comfortable with that, the employee had the audacity to stand there and “train” me on how to use it like I was the problem. I didn’t come here for a lesson. I came to drop off packages I already paid for and trust that they’d be handled professionally. And here’s why I was right to refuse — this location already lost one of my packages. My employee used their precious self-scanning box for a drop-off and the package went missing. Gone. So no, I will not be using that box, and no amount of condescending “training” from your staff is going to change that. I’m running a business — missing deadlines and lost packages aren’t something I can afford, and I’m certainly not going to gamble on an unattended box to avoid an employee doing their actual job. Zero accountability. Zero customer service. Complete disregard for legitimate concerns. I will NEVER be back, and I’d strongly recommend any business owner think twice before trusting this location with their shipments. — The bearded guy in sweats, sunglasses, hoodie, and flip flops. You’ll know who I am. No means no.

My experience with the government funded ID.ME tool failed. Not for lack of effort, though. The gentleman working there today was extremely patient and polite. During my business, a young female customer was verbally abusive to him, but he maintained his professionalism and courtesy. Kudos to management on personnel decisions. Retain that man and put him in a position to lead others.

Hello, I came in to drop off a package. For a package I had previously shipped for around $20, I was charged $40 this time. I told them I wanted to cancel the transaction. They told me payment was mandatory and that they could not cancel it. I did not agree and asked again for it to be canceled, but they refused. Then I took out my Amex card to pay, and at first they told me they do not accept Amex. However, when I said I had no other money with me, they suddenly said Amex was accepted. I found this inconsistent and misleading. Also, after looking into this location, I saw many similar complaints from other customers. For that reason, I believe an inspection or investigation of this business would be appropriate.”
