- GFGia frye2 days ago1.0Will be reporting this location and taking it as high as possible. Mailed a small box weighing less than a pound and the guy told me it was 57$ to mail. I was going to change my mind and leave, because I’ve never paid that much to mail something so small when the UPS website quoted me 22$ to ship. Then he said he applied a 17$ discount which does not show on my receipt. It still came out to 40$ for residential ground shipping USPS. I will be contacting customer service and making a report. Do not go to this location they will rip you off.

The associate wouldn’t tape it for me. He pointed at the wall and told me I needed to buy some. I’m not buying tape for one small strip. that’s awful customer service.

He was so patient and kind in ensuring my sister and I's family items were shipped back to us safely. Thank you for being so thoughtful and empathetic after losing our mother.
