  I came in to get fingerprinted for employment purposes. Ahmad was very helpful and familiar with the machine, I really appreciated that he took the time to make sure all of my fingerprints scanned correctly.

  Ghasem (owner) stayed late to help me as a notary when I needed documentation signed on a time crunch. A very polite gentleman and would highly recommend this location!

  I had the pleasure of meeting Ghasem during my first time using the UPS STORE IN Lakewood today. His friendly spirit, kindness and support to me as I was returning a package was exemplary. His focus on customer service makes me want to routinely use his UPS Store. Also I plan to toast him when I have a martini tonight. 🤩 Thanks so much Ghasem!!! From Kathy B.

  I thought a Happy Return was supposed to be… happy. Instead, it turned into an episode of Law & Order: Retail Returns Unit. The employee took what should have been a 30-second return and somehow made it an archaeological dig. He removed every clothing item from its individual bag, spread everything across the counter, then seemed annoyed that we couldn’t instantly identify which barcode belonged to which item. (Pro tip: maybe don’t take everything apart before asking.) Several of my clothes ended up directly on the dirty counter, and the entire process became so ridiculous that I asked for my belongings back so I could leave and complete the return somewhere else. That’s when things reached peak absurdity: he tightened his grip on a pair of jeans, resulting in an actual tug-of-war in the middle of the UPS Store. Yes… over my pants. Even after another employee came over to help, they both just stared at me as if I was the unreasonable one. I’ve done plenty of Happy Returns before. This was the only one that required a wardrobe wrestling match. If your goal is to turn the easiest return system ever invented into a stressful, confusing experience, congratulations—you nailed it.

  Horrible customer service. The men working there are grumpy and short worded. It’s as if they expect every customer to know everything about their services. Their services are expensive. I made the mistake of letting them rush me and I bought their USPS service package service because it was $10 cheaper than UPS for a small 1 pound box. Plus, it took 2 days for them to get the package to USPS for priority mail. After my poor experience, I check with USPS and if I would have gone directly to the post office, that same package would have cost me 1/4 and the recipient would have had the package in those 2 days.
