- THTJ HSep 25, 20261.0The mail carriers are the worst. We get incorrectly delivered mail and packages weekly and they're so hostile and rude! Our previous mail carrier would smoke cigarettes in the mail van right outside our house and so everything we ordered smelled like smoke. Very unprofessional.
- KDKaila DobbsSep 5, 20262.0I’ve never had issues with lost packages , and I’ve shipped there over 30 times by this point. However, they frequently heavily damage the packages and the customer service is underwhelming. I’ve had multiple times where I have to stand there while there are people free because they are on their phones, and when I do go up I get basically ignored. I do belive they are biased against me since I’m younger but I don’t feel respected there. I would reccomend another location if that’s an available option.
