- TCt cJan 22, 20151.0Let me just say that if it wasn't for one horribly rude and incompetent person, this review would be very different. The first time I walked into the main area looking to get a P. O. Box i was helped by this lady. She was very short with me. But still gave me many options for how to address things to get them to ship to me. What was interesting was the white powder unter one of her nostrils. The next day i called in and asked if there was another way to address things because my family member was buying me a house warming gift off Amazon and it was coming up that the addresses did not exist no matter how he put it in. She yelled at me saying it wasn't her problem. I called the post master general's office and they helped me figure out how to do it and said it would work free of charge. I also got an apology letter from the us postal service saying that she was in the wrong. Next thing I knew the lady at the post office charged me $35 to get my packages. I let it drop. It wasn't worth the fight. Then a couple weeks later i needed to send a package to a family member. The same lady said no problem, scanned it in and we haven't seen it since. That was overalmost a year ago and no sign of the package. We have called in and everything. The situation has never been completely resolved. My Step-dad bought another of the items and got it in four days. Do not use this post office. I moved so i would never have to deal with this kind of thing again. The post office where i am living now is amazing. The people are friendly and turns out Kremmling post office is the source of a good joke to most people who have been unfortunate enough to have dealt with it.
