- ATAnthony ThompsonJun 25, 20261.0Dropped a package off within legal letter size requirements and weight, and this PO slapped a package charge on it and charged my customer $7.02 for a letter sized package weighing under 2.5 Oz with two stamps on it. Place doesn't have a 24 hour drop box, and they're clearly jaded about people attempting to use their service. I spend nearly $200 a month shipping through the Post Office, and it's a joke.

- JGJim GJun 10, 20261.0I would give them ZERO stars if possible, I had a signature required package coming, the mail carrier signed my name on the USPS device, said that I was the one who recieved the package and put it on my door step. I have the Ring camera footage of the delivery - it took less than 3 seconds, never rang the door bell, never handed me a package, they never talked to anyone (recording has sound), etc. I got the USPS "proof of delivery" and went to the Johnstown USPS office and spoke with the "Post Master" - I showed them the camera footage, brought several examples of my signature and the "proof of delivery". They said this is not tolerated, didn't keep ANY document I brought, etc. - acted like it wasn't a big deal. THIS IS FRAUD and it is a criminal offense.
