- CPClyde Plasencia PhotographyJul 11, 20261.0Very rude and frazzled staff. I had a package that was incorrectly delivered and instead of bringing it to the appropriate post office they returned it to the sender. This happens often across these small towns, but the other post offices will bring the packages to the appropriate post office when it happens - Jamestown does not. When I asked if I could just come pick it up I was told “No and it’s against our policy, and I’m not going to lose my job over it.” All I was trying to do was ask simple questions about how I can get my package and how I can prevent this in the future, but the staff acted like I was ruining their day, shooed me off the phone, and told me it wasn’t anyone’s fault but the senders (even though I consistently receive packages from this sender). Very unhelpful, glad I don’t live in this zip code
