The employees on deck made the process seamless. And we’re very educational and patient with me. I love going to this post office, definitely the best customer service I’ve had at a USPS office.

- JFJulie FriskMay 26, 20261.0I’m so disappointed in the inconsiderate Postal Employees that have made their way into our peaceful community. They have been relentlessly inconsiderate, blatantly rude, and extremely put out to help the customers they are paid to accommodate. They don’t deserve to be in any way possible, working in this welcoming and accommodating community. I’ve seen them mistreat Care Givers trying to help the disabled, people trying to pick up their packages that weren’t delivered to residents by delivery companies, rude suggestions to residents that reside at the same address by insisting they all have multiple mail boxes, not just one mailbox serving the one residence they are all residing at. What a SHAMEFUL display of disrespect for those you are being employed for and paid to assist! I’m a resident of Indian Hills for 56 years, I have never seen such inexcusable behavior at our local Post Office!!
