- KGKia GroomsSep 25, 20242.0I'd just like to say that when you bring in your passport paperwork in, make absolutely certain that everything is complete before you head out. As I was leaving, the lady asked me to come back in because she forgot to include a paper. Then, after I drove home, I received a call to drive back because she forgot to have me sign the form. Then I was texted hours later to pay the processing fee, although I had already done it and I was able to provide proof. To her credit, she apologized for the negligence, but it was very frustrating and that sort of thing isn't something you want to have to worry about with how stressful passport applications already are.

Thankfully, she was not busy, and was able to get me in and out in 5 minutes! The postmaster also told me to hold onto my 2nd passport photo just in case god forbid my passport get lost or stolen. This is to make retrieving that passport easy!
