- VCVeronica CannadyMay 31, 20265.0Tivoli (her name) works here and is the reason we got our Expedited passports in time. She was so helpful, we didn’t realize our children’s passport’s expired. I could get a morning appointment within 2 days, it’s a small but easy to find USPS off E470, she made photocopies for us, passport photos can be taken here, made a money order for us (these services were priced as reasonable as getting them anywhere else and saved us a return trip when kids were pulled from school and parents from work). Tivoli had the proper form available and helped ensure we filled it out properly. Even with her personal attention we done in 30 min (time allotted appointment). We are grateful for her customer service and will return here to renew our adult passports when due (children passport 5 years, adult passport 10 years).
