Just before this stop, I walked into a UPS Store, scanned a code and handed my package to a guy and left. 30 seconds total. That’s the difference between working for profit and a government sponsored entity.

In addition, when trying to resolve an issue they won't pick up and try to resolve via AI. The AI algorithm is the worst - no customer service at all. Maybe we should let the Postal Service go bankrupt and start over!
