The property reflects a very dumpy appearance that effects the overall property values of their surrounding neighbors that do our part to keep our properties as nice as possible. US Postal service - maintain your property!

When I approached the counter, I greeted the employee, but he did not acknowledge me. I explained that I had recently moved and that my lease and insurance had already been updated to my new address. He gave me three options for verification, but when I explained that those documents had already been changed, he was dismissive and spoke to me in a way that felt rude and condescending. He made it seem like I was at fault for not changing my address sooner rather than explaining what options were available. When I asked if I could speak with someone else for clarification, he told me that anyone else would tell me the same thing. I understand that USPS has rules and verification requirements, but customers deserve to be treated with patience and respect while navigating the process. I hope this feedback is used to improve customer service at this location.
