- JZJ Z1 day ago1.0The US Postal Service should be. Shut down They provide almost no value beyond delivery of junk mail. They are a massive enabler of credit and identity theft. When torso need customer service, at least from this branch, it. Is non existent. They do not. Pick up the phone or return calls, they simply run you through a never ending automated phone loop. Shut them down, please!

We arrived on a Tuesday morning at 7:10am and were 2nd in line for walk-in passport. There is a handwritten sheet you sign in on, and then the attendant goes through each name on the walk-in list before she begins processing applications. No photos are taken during walk-in appointments; otherwise you need a birth certificate (which will be sent with your application), a completed but not signed form, photo identification, and cash or check for the processing fees. It was smooth once we knew we had everything and it was just more waiting for the gate to open!
