  I’ve given this UPS Store multiple chances, but the customer service continues to disappoint. The staff consistently acts like helping customers is an inconvenience rather than their job. My most recent visit was the final straw. I brought in three boxes that I intentionally left unsealed in case anything additional was needed for shipping. Instead of offering a few small strips of tape or helping solve a simple issue, the employee refused and told me I’d need to tape them up and come back. This wasn’t about tape. It was about attitude and basic customer service. Turning away a paying customer over a few inches of tape says a lot about how this location chooses to operate. There are too many better options out there to keep accepting this level of service. Goodbye UPS Store. Hello FedEx.

  In my rush last week I accidently left my new iphone in an Amazon box headed to China. OMG. I dashed back to the UPS store on H.R.Pkwy & Broadway, after hours (the gates were already down. I knocked , Ryan saw me, let me in & located the sealed box! God bless him. THANK YOU RYAN for caring!!

  $13 for a 14"x14" box for a pre-paid Amazon return is crazy.

  Called and asked a simple question and was told that they probably couldn't do what I had in mind when I hadn't told them what I had in mind. Same guy. That was an absolute jerk to me when I went in to mail a package a couple of weeks ago. I don't know why they keep someone with such a bad attitude around.

  Horrible! I got sent away, when I easily had everything they needed to print a shipping label! Instead I was told I needed to do this on my end, to get with the person who I was sending it to. And why? I had the person's address, they just needed to print the label! I have to admit, im new with this process and it was the 1st package shipping through UPS, yet I was misinformed to how it worked! I went to another UPS store for them to so easily print a label with the address. I'm so aggravated for being so misguided!
