  Great store! This is my go-to spot for shipping and returns. The team here makes the process completely seamless and stress-free. Even when the store is busy, the line moves incredibly fast because the staff is so efficient and organized. They are always friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

  I went to return a few packages, the person that helped me was watching the World Cup on his phone, had to do the process twice because he messed up the first time. Well he ended up mixing the labels and the packages, sent the packages to the wrong return place, and now Amazon is not refunding me for something that was $167 and $85 dollars. So frustrating!

  The WORST! Terrible service and lack of accountability. They mislabelled my package with a label they produced, sent it to the wrong location and did absolutely nothing to recover the lost $2000 item. In fact UPS paid a claim to the place they sent the package. Their response when I asked for help locating my package was "once it leaves our store it's no longer our problem" even though they caused the problem. Take your packages there if you don't mind never seeing them again and expect no help in recovering them. Not even an acknowledgement or an apology for the loss. Pitiful.

  If Amazon returns are not working, that’s fine, it isn’t necessarily the store’s fault. However, that should be the lead statement rather than having me stand around with a bag full of returns.
