Like another reviewer, I have lived here for many years, and the feeling of dread and existential angst I feel whenever I get that skin-tone colored slip from the post office indicating I have to go pick up a package....well, it's indescribable. I arrive with my documents all in order, my drivers license at the ready, hoping that this will be the magical first time that I am allowed to pass the gate of the Billygoat Gruff without condemnation. It never happens. Why this haggard old shrew is allowed to harangue innocents is beyond me. Her talents would be better served as a prison guard. Get rid of her.

The female employee is very rude and if there is a problem, she announces "I wasn't there that day" even though she was the one that helped me. I don't even want to give it a one.
