- BVBrenda VaraJun 24, 20261.0I was early, i brought all my paperwork, and i was polite. Somehow the lady attending was still too angry to answer any questions at all. Someone came in asking about walk in appointment as listed on the website and she answered them with the worst attitude
- SKSamina KhanalJun 18, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience at this USPS location. The employee assisting customers brown hair lady with bangs was extremely rude and unprofessional. She tore up the address that was written on our package without explanation and handled our parcel very roughly, even throwing it onto the counter after we dropped it off. When we politely asked for a pen to complete the address information, she completely ignored us and did not acknowledge our request. Throughout the interaction, her attitude toward customers was disrespectful and unwelcoming. Based on how she treated certain groups of customers, it appeared to us that some people were being treated differently than others. Whether intentional or not, the experience left us feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. Customer service representatives should treat all customers with courtesy and respect. Unfortunately, that was not the case during our visit. Because of this experience, I would not recommend this location and will be sharing my experience with others so they can make an informed decision before visiting.
