  I’ve lived in Colorado for six years, and this post office is the worst. The tracking system shows my packages as delivered to the parcel locker, but they aren't actually there; when I go to ask about them, the staff can't find them. Some packages haven't even been delivered at all. What’s worse is the angry look on their faces when you ask them to check—since the status says "delivered"—but they really ought to pay more attention to this issue.

  Every time I go in the post office I’m met with some fantastic people being the best they can be. I know their hands are tied by policies and sometimes that is inconvenient for me, but i could be better! I also know that if I don’t understand something they will explain it to me. Fantastic folks.

  Kat at the Hayden Post Office is absolutely amazing. Every time I come in, she goes above and beyond to help me. If she knows there's a package waiting for me, she'll often track it down and get it for me right away instead of making me wait or come back later. She genuinely looks out for her customers and consistently provides top-notch service. What makes this even more impressive is that this isn't a one-time experience. I order a lot of packages, and Kat does this for me every single time. She'll stop what she's doing to make sure I get what I need and save me an extra trip whenever possible. On top of being incredibly helpful, she's hilarious. She makes me laugh every time I interact with her, and it's honestly a pleasure seeing her whenever I stop by the post office. Customer service like this is rare, and Kat is a huge asset to the Hayden Post Office. She makes every visit better

  The service at the Hayden Post Office has been consistently disappointing. I'm a 5th generation local, and with my experience using P.O. boxes in multiple locations, I've never encountered such arrogance and dismissiveness from staff. After multiple long waits, my packages were simply rerouted without explanation or care. Enough is enough. I've switched to the Oak Creek Post Office, despite the inconvenience, to avoid the unbearable arrogance and poor service in Hayden. I'd rather pay extra and travel than tolerate such disrespectful behavior. Management needs to take immediate action. It’s time to clean house and replace the current staff with people who understand basic customer service. Too bad it's so hard to find good help because tolerating such blatant disrespect is unacceptable, and frankly, these employees should simply be fired.
