Danielle insisted on ID’ing although her co worker Cat did not ID and then Cat told Danielle “I always ID” and Danielle said “I know you do” . Inaccurate I have been to this location 3 times to collect my mail and was never ID’d once. Danielle’s customer service needs improvement , including the judgmental look she gave me before I even approached the counter.
