- VJVickie JohnsonJun 26, 20265.0I don’t usually give reviews of places like this UPS store, but today I’ve decided to because I’ve come here for years and the people that work here, like Sabin and Kody, are not only friendly and kind, but also go the extra mile for something as small but meaningful greeting you when you walk in and attended to you immediately….to the bigger things such as helping you solve a packaging problem. I have a choice to go to this UPS store or one that is the equal distance away from me by the grocery store that I go to frequently, but I always come to this one because of the Significant difference in service I receive from their wonderful employees. Thanks guys for being wonderful!!

I tried self-serve and the machine told me to check in with someone so I ended up working with Kody who was super attentive, prompt, and helped me to be sure that I had everything I needed to get the package on its way back to Amazon. I had a question about the shipping and he was eager to help. This will always be my UPS store of choice as everyone has always been helpful and polite - and today was no different.
