- BLBridget LuevanoSep 26, 20261.0James, should not be working here. He seems miserable and like he hates his life. Customer service is important and especially in places like this. I don’t know why UPS hires people so miserable, he was miserable and so rude. He was lazy and didn’t even go check if they had our package here and I kept Getting the run around over the phone
