  I have been trying to get in touch with the company with no response back. Grease Monkey on 90th st in Omaha Ne has ruined my transmission. Came in for a service that was not done properly which has caused my transmission to burn out due to not enough fluid being put back in.

  I was an employee for American Lube Fast since 2018, but in 2020 they bought the company out. I worked my way up to store Manager, quit for a month, then came back as a lube Tech. While I was manager I had proof than an employee was straight up stealing, I brought this to the attention of my so called district manager(district 309). I was told if he fired that employee, that he would have to fire the assistant manager on duty. So a couple of weeks go by and I find more evidence of the same employee running cash deals, my district manager says I should talk to the guy. Fast forward about 6 months I found some more, tell my district manager again, he says "well I guess talking to him didn't do any good. Finally he tells me to contact loss prevention, but don't tell them about the previous thefts. I was finally able to terminate the individual. Now fast forward 2 1/2 years, on the 19th of June, I get sent home early, my manager tells me I'm under HR investigation, nothing else. Then I find out the next day that I am terminated, still don't know why, could actually care less. In those 8 yrs, I have been late, maybe 3 times. I had called in maybe 3 times as well. I never had any write ups or complaints. I hadn't stolen anything. I would not advise anyone to seek employment there, if this is the kind of upper management they'll allow working for them. I sure wouldn't recommend anyone getting serviced there, when they can get the same service elsewhere, cheaper.

  USE AT YOUR OWN RISK Grease Monkey SpeeDee Oil Change & Auto Service Kwik Kar Went to a Grease Monkey to have some work done on my car. The work was done incorrectly. 11 months later I have to replace the part they installed incorrectly (I had a separate shop fix their work). When calling asking about the warranty of the part, the owner of the shop acted as if I should be grateful that I wasn’t charged for labor when the part was installed the first time. Even though I was charged labor to fix his incorrect work. When telling him it was him who installed it incorrectly, he blamed it on other parts being bad. Now, 11 months later, the part has to be replaced because the damage had been done. In order to receive the benefit of the part’s warranty, the same place has to install the new one. This time I’m being charged for labor, which is fine. The problem is that the shop owner has proven that he does faulty work. I will not be going back to have him do any work on my car. This is only the start of the problem… I called the corporate office. I was told “The owner has rights to the shop and legal we can send him a recommendation but that’s all we can do.” I said “how do you think a guy who has been rude to me and does faulty work will receive that? I’m concerned that he will do something to my car that will cost me even more money. I don’t want to take it there. I’m telling you what kind of person who operates your corporation’s businesses.” I was met with a lot of not caring. At that point I told them I would not be using any other of their brands because the way the customer service agent conveyed a message to me that it’s a me and him problem because he is the owner and there isn’t much they can do. When I asked her if it’s really my problem to deal with she back tracked her words telling me that’s not right and a recommendation will be sent. When I told her how I received her message as a “it’s a you and him problem” she told me I was wrong for receiving it that way. When asking her how I should receive it, she went back to “a recommendation will be sent.” However if all they can do is recommend how their franchisees operate, is there anything she can actually do?
