Grease Monkey / FullSpeed Automotive has truly gone above and beyond by partnering with MNSEI to offer exclusive discounts for state employees, first responders, military veterans, educators, healthcare workers, police officers, firefighters, and EMTs in Minnesota and Wisconsin. As someone who knows how hard these folks work every day, having a trusted automotive service brand recognize their dedication and make reliable car care more affordable is incredible. Fast, professional, and community-minded — this is what good business looks like. First in the industry to partner this way — and we couldn't be more grateful!

If I could leave negative star rating i would. They Cracked the oil pan on my mom's car tried to jb weld it and then want to act like they aint responsible. Their techs shouldn't be allowed to touch a wrench Edit: it was the manager that done such fine work!

A actual monkey could have done a better job on a simple oil change,my wife took her 2014 camry there and 3 weeks later the oil filter just about fell off and luckily I saw oil on the ground and checked it no oil on the stick took 4 quarts to drive it 10 minutes to a mechanic. Luckily there was no damage so far and when I told them what I had to do they said letting someone else touch it voided the warranty, duh I need a mechanic not someone who can't even perform a oil change. This Grease Monkey is located in Tillmans corner, Alabama

$3000 oil change. This group manages a Grease Monkey that botched an oil change in 1/2024 resulting in a blowout on the highway, doing damage to our delivery vehicle that cost us a fortune to fix and 3 weeks of lost income. Over the past 4 months, we've called to reach someone 10x+ to check up on the claim. There is no help here. Have filed in small claims court and with BBB. A judgement on these clowns will probably happen quicker than their risk management department returning a call.
