I was told that if I wanted Priority delivery for a package, I had to pay extra, so I did; however, the package arrived days later, and the product inside was ruined. I couldn't check the tracking number because the numbers on the receipt were unclear—they were blurry because the printer was low on ink. I went to the office to discuss the issue, but the supervisor just kept shouting that the services come with no guarantees, that USPS does not refund the extra fee, and that expedited delivery isn't guaranteed anyway—yet they still kept the extra money I paid. I don't recomed USPS. All I got by going to this office was to be yell at. No consideration, no kindness. The supervisor was arguing about the tracking num.. Did not show any consideration. I paid extra, the packet was not delivered on time and I got yell at.

It was delivered to where it needed to go but for some reason the UPS store put it in the outgoing usps mail instead of my UPS Store box. The post office was able to find it and hold it for me to pick up. I appreciate them taking the time to do that. If they didn’t it would have been returned to the sender. I really wanted the items I ordered. Thank you!!!
