- NNNana6 days ago1.0There are some of the rudest women working in the back. Came in and said I was here tp pick up packages she stood up and turned her back to me. Refused to acknowledge me or get someone to help me. Not the first time she wouldn't help me get my packages scanned out. I don't have all day to wait for someone to scan packages sitting right next to them. So apparently you really can juat go in and grab whatever because they are not going to stop you.

- ALAngela LeonardJul 24, 20261.0Carrier's leave packages(certified mail as well)on apartment mailboxes outside by parking lot instead of bringing them to the door. Carrier's don't pick mail up. I was told they don't have to because their outdated mail box doesn't have a pick up zone. The facility mangers are rude and unhelpful. I was told to drop mail off in one of the many blue bins (that get robbed often) by the road on the way to the facility. The day after I put a complaint in my package from Amazon reads delivered yet it never was dropped off. I've lived at my place for a few years now and still get other people's mail, even after I put return to sender and leave it on top of the box, and the box has my name on it so the carrier's can see. Horrible company. Horrible people.
