  I'm literally writing this review to offset the bad reviews written by pathetic losers that should be removed but even if you report them to Google they don't do anything about it. These people are leaving bad reviews for this store often regarding circumstances they have no control of! Imagine how dumb you have to be to write a bad review for the UPS store which is a separate corporation from UPS and each individual store is owned by a local franchisees for a package getting lost or not delivered on time by UPS delivery company because you have less critical thinking skills then a monkey. This is the world we live in where absolute weapons great stupidity is allowed to thrive. I've been working with this store on and off for over 20 years and have never had any problems because I'm intelligent enough to know that when something doesn't go my way it's not automatically the fault of the person standing in front of me.

  Great experience. The ladies working today were great. My dog loved his visit too. He says thank you for the treat.

  I always have the easiest time dropping off packages at this location. Everyone is so helpful and courteous and the line moved quickly when there is one.

  A very expensive valuable Package was not delivered to the address I provided due to it being incorrect. I double checked the address it is not incorrect. When I called to figure out how to get my package I was told they could not help and there's nothing they can do. I've now been on hold for 40 min with the phone number they provided. Once I got thru to someone they also were unsure of how to help I offered multiple times to pick it up at any location and was told I could not. Thankfully I did receive my package but I'm frustrated about the lack of concern and how I had to spend hours out of own time figuring out where the package was if someone could send it to me at a different address. Was very stressful.
