- CCChase CaldwellSep 4, 20251.0Camping in area; had Amazon package status stating pick up at USPS location. Once arrived I was told that since I don't have a PO box the package was immedietly returned. I then asked why the tracking didnt state that it left the USPS location and returned. The postal worked stated she just returned the package and that is why. Another postal worker came around the corner and asked where I was camping. She informed me that since the campsite location has a PO Box, they picked up my package and it is at the welcome center. Confused as to why the package status didn't say delivered and postal work stated it was because she scans a "big sheet" and not the individual packages. When leaving I mentioned that the first postal work I spoke too should have informed me of this and I was told she didn't know because I was an exception.

It had only been delivered 5 hours prior. worst post office I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.
- MHMeredith HoweFeb 23, 20245.0The problem with ordering online is the vendor asks for a shipping address. I assume whey will be shipping Fed Ex or UPS. When I received my shipping confirmation was sent USPS, I freaked out. As we all know- any post office up here usually sends it back. I contacted the vendor and described the situation that the shipping address, mailing address, and billing address were ALL DIFFERENT. I am giving Girt the credit for navigating the package I had been looking f for - for 2 weeks- addressed to my shipping address, to my Mailing P. O. Box. THANK YOU SO MUCH
