- RHR HAug 3, 20261.0Got a notice that my P.O. Box was due again after a decade so went to counter and wrote a check on 31st for $98. First they blamed it on not getting very many checks then they told me I had several notices in my PO Box so I said unlock it and let me look and there was not one thing in there yet Gary called my 88-year-old mother at the heart doctor and said we owe them three dollars. We frantically left and went to the post office box to pay it. Yes, they locked our box after the third employee Ron helped us we were able to finally leave. My mom was barely able to stand up. She just had a monitor installed in her chest and nobody knew how to ring in a check except for Ron. Nobody unlocked the PO Box except for Ron then when my mom was getting weaker, Ron told us it’s OK if we leave thank you Ron. What a nightmare five STARS to Ron!! Post office horrible

- TVTerrie VaughanJun 1, 20261.0I was expecting a piece of mail I had to sign for so I watched for the mail truck, When I saw the mail truck at my box, I ran down there, he actually had the nerve to fill out the green card and leave it in my box letting me know I wasn't home and I could pick it up tomorrow. WTH, I even got the email message SORRY WE MISSED YOU, followed by an email message that the item had been delivered and signed for. SMH. Do better post office so better.
