  Made the home buying process more stressful because they missed things in the paperwork that caused a delay in some of our deadlines. They did not send us the right numbers for our final costs, so we had to bring in a check for a surprise real estate fee at the final closing.

  This was NOT a.good.match for me. I had explained that I am not tech-knowledged despite the Agency's strick request that all the information to be sent over by their secure software. At that point, security seemed important to them. The software was poorly designed and unusable for me. This was thoroughly explained to them many times. However, there did not seem to be an option to simply send the documents by snail mail. I decided to drive to the office and complete documents onsite in GOLDEN, to make things easier for everyone (my intentions). When I arrived, it was a very nice office, but I felt a little stinky air in that I didn't feel welcome. I felt like I was a pain to them. It seemed cold and uninviting. Maybe I was being difficult in a difficult situation, but I didn't feel grace. I could feel it. After signing documents onsight, I said good bye to my wonderful realtor and I left, expecting the transaction completed and proceeded. I was looking forward to the complete-ness. However, I found the security inconsistency when their documents needed to be re-signed (by their errors in calculations [addition/subtraction]). The day before AND the day of the final signatures (closing?), the TITLE officer had not added the numbers correctly, not once, not twice, but three times. However, when these documents needed to be signed, the TITLE company accepted the signed documents on my jacked up phones with inadequate security and retuning the signed documents utilizing my normal email account. I had to sign not once, not twice but three times. BUT, 🤔 I was able to sign my final documents scratching it on my cell phone's cracked glass. The signed documents were accepted, and not through secure software. No consistency. The signatures were interesting... Haha. Process, policy, standards, safety, security. I guess I just wanted to move on, I was tired. The security process now seemed very inconsistent and maybe not important with the previous security concerns of the TITLE company. Is this strange? Just get it done mentality. This is my personal experience with this company. Fortunately, my FAITH was restored with my next TITLE COMPANY- UNIVERSITY TITLE AGENCY of PUEBLO! THANK YOU FOR THE BREATH OF FRESH AIR! SHOUT UP! This is how things change. BE HONEST, don't worry about the repercussions of speaking your TRUTH! You cannot go wrong. I sincerely hope this helps others find THEIR TRUTH.
