pretty gross that they don't care about individuals with disabilities. i wonder if there is fraud happening here. best to use UPS or FedEx. at least then your package will actually be delivered.

I would like to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received. An individual, identified as Daniel or David, began operating the credit card terminal without providing any explanation for his actions. This lack of transparency raised concerns regarding potential unauthorized charges. Furthermore, he failed to communicate the estimated delivery time for my package. When I inquired about the purpose of his actions on the credit card machine, he dismissively responded, "oh don't worry it's just Hazmat." Upon requesting to speak with a supervisor, he stated, "it's okay I was just trying to get you out faster." I find it highly unprofessional to manipulate a payment device without informing the customer of the purpose. My sister, who is an employee of the Post Office, informed me that the buttons he pressed on the credit card machine pertained to disclosures I was legally obligated to review. She also indicated that I should have been asked about the presence of hazardous materials in my priority mail and given the opportunity to respond. Additionally, I was not given the chance to verify the destination address, which my sister confirmed is a standard procedure. She advised me to file a formal complaint, as these actions are in violation of established protocols. The entire experience was highly unprofessional and lacked proper customer engagement.
