  Paid with debit card came to make a return and josh wouldn't give me cash back with receipt on a debit card purchase Just giving me a hard time this is unacceptable and not a store policy never come back here again and josh should be fired the original last helping me was going to do it just needed a over ride Why make a customers life more difficult

  Had an appointment to do my TSA pre check at this location and after waiting for 15 minutes after my scheduled time, the guy who was running the station got in a yelling match with the manager and then got fired. The manager then told me there was nobody at the store to do the TSA check and to come back another day. Lovely experience!

  The printing manager and every employee is amazing. They did great work and made sure my cards were done correct. Thank you will be back!

  Bethel in printing absolutely went above and beyond and saved what would’ve been a small work related crisis. I made an online printing order for next day pick up, and after I placed the order I noticed I forgot to add on the Expedited option to have them ready before noon. I called right away, and she answered and assured me when she saw my order come in she would make sure that it got printed for me in time without extra charge. When I called the next day to make sure they were ready, she let me know that the order never submitted through (my fault) and that she didn’t have a phone number to contact me because the order didn’t submit. I asked her what could be done and if she was able to still print something so last minute. She told me to come in and she personally made sure all three of my documents were printed right there on the spot. This is a really convenient location for me and Bethel is the best! Thank you.

  Checked on line and found store and services open at 9. Showed up at 915 and found the service we need doesn't open until 10. Once my wife was able to get in they charged her a SECOND time for tsa PreCheck instead of looking her up like we asked. Figured I'd look and maybe replace my worn office chair but found the poorly maintained roof or HVAC had flooded the store and so the back half where the chairs and mats are was blocked off. Staples used to be THE place to go for office needs, now..... Not so much. I will NEVER recommend this location to anyone and will NOT visit staples again unless I absolutely have to.
