  Staples has officially earned my business! I recently needed several posters printed from designs I had created, and I was so impressed with how easy the entire process was. Uploading my designs online was incredibly simple, and my posters were ready for pickup that very same day. What really impressed me was that I had tried several other printing companies first, and some wouldn’t even accept my designs because they said the files were too small and would likely come out blurry when enlarged. Staples didn’t put those restrictions on me, so I finally decided to just take the risk and see what happened. Needless to say, I had quite a bit of anxiety when I arrived at the store to pick them up! I was fully prepared for them to be blurry or not look the way I had envisioned. Imagine my surprise when I inspected them and they were ABSOLUTELY PERFECT! They were clear, beautiful, and looked exactly the way I had hoped they would. I honestly couldn’t believe how well they turned out. The customer service made the experience even better. The wonderful lady working at the Print & Marketing Services counter actually insisted that I inspect the posters before I left to make sure I was completely happy with them. I thought that was incredibly thoughtful. I really wish I could remember her name because she was so kind and genuinely seemed to care that I was satisfied with the final product. In fact, everyone I encountered at the store was friendly and helpful, which made an already great experience even better. After trying other places and running into limitations, Staples made the process simple, fast, and stress-free — and the finished product exceeded my expectations. From now on, Staples will be my first choice whenever I need posters or other printing done. You have definitely earned my business. Keep up the great work!

  Very rude employees. We went there for TSA precheck. An employee told us where to go in the store. We went there and a sign said that the agent stepped away and would be back in a few minutes. So we did and were joined by a man with an appointment. We all waited. Half an hour went by as well as the man’s appointment time. We went to the front of the store and asked. A clerk said, “I’m the TSA person, you could have asked another Staples employee!” Well, that’s what we did in the beginning. No apology or anything.
