  We needed a notary so I looked them up online and saw that they notarized documents and were open until 630 pm. We drove 20 minutes for a one page real quick notary and arrived at 6:03 PM. There was no one in the store and four employees standing around. We were told by the employee that they do not notarize after 6 PM because of the rush that they get for notaries after 6pm. They would not make an exception and didn’t care that we drove all that way in and that it was only 6:03 PM and it was gonna take five minutes tops. No posted hours for Notary. They just refused service for no reason whatsoever. AVOID this store at all cost. 1 star is generous lol

  Very time efficient! In and out within one minute for a return. They even taped my return label on for me instead of making me buy packing tape to do it there.

  Alyssa is very knowledgeable on shipping with UPS. Makes packages go out very fast and always has a welcoming smile.

  I had ordered some coffee pods for my nespresso machine & thought I would prevent porch pirates from getting them by having them delivered to my local UPS. I got the notification email from UPS that they had been delivered to the location, with a tracking number and everything. When I went to pick it up on the same day I got the email, I was told they met their max for the day & it would have been taken to a distribution center to attempt delivery again the following day. I then got an email from nespresso the next day (1 day after they said my package was delivered) stating since I hadnt picked up the package in 5 days that it was returned to sender. I was hoping they were wrong since i was told they would attempt re-delivery, and went in today to pick up my package just to be told that if they reached their max number it automatically gets returned to the sender. There is no point in continuing to use the service if theyre going to return any packages ordered. I will use another option to try to protect my packages in the future.
