- BBBrandon BergerJun 26, 20261.0This place is awful. I put my partners name on the paperwork for access to the PO Box. They accepted the paperwork, but never added her to the box so her stuff gets returned to sender, even after they put it in the parcel locker. Bad communication.

I rolled into the lobby at around 12:00 and there were two people standing in line so l open the lobby door and drop into line. The clerk looks at me and says "we are closed". I said "the door was open and I just need to pickup my package." He says "we are closed for lunch". When I said "so you're going to make me come back later this afternoon" he says "I can make you". All three of us just looked at him. If this was a private business it would be out of business.
