- JMJeremy MooreAug 17, 20262.0I know it’s not the fault of the people at this general location but the USPS should not say “Delivered, available for pickup” if the item isn’t there. Some people have very little time to spare and to take off work to pick something up that says it’s there only for it not to be is frustrating. This is the 3rd time this has happened this year.

Since moving to the area, I’ve had quite a few questions about mail, forwarding, and local delivery, and he has been incredibly helpful every time I’ve visited. He is knowledgeable, patient, and always takes the time to explain things thoroughly. It’s rare to come across someone who consistently provides such outstanding customer service. Juan truly goes above and beyond, and his professionalism and kindness have made settling into a new community much easier. Thank you for all your help!
