I've had my mail get put into other people's mailbox so many times and their excuse was our mailbox haven't been checked in days, while they fill our mailbox with previous residents mail who haven't lived there in 6-7 years. So disappointing.

My husband and I live in Longmont, I thought the "plan" is supposed to be for packages to go thru USPS Denver Regional Distribution Center on E. 59th(?) to be sorted and head out to proper destinations. After leaving Denver, our packages SHOULD come straight to Longmont Post Office. We SHOULD receive packages the day after departure from Denver. The past several months Denver has sent SEVERAL of my packages out of state. Once to Utah, another time to Seattle, and then they sit in Denver 7-10 days before eventually getting to Longmont. The package that was scheduled to arrive at our residence today departed Denver 2 days ago. This morning the tracking said it had arrived in Frederick 😑. I called Frederick Post Office to check if there and was told it would be shipped BACK to Denver to start process all over unless I drove out to Frederick and picked up. Of course I did NOT want it going back to Denver, God only knows where they'd send it this time so I drove to Frederick. There was only 1 person ahead of me at 4:15 PM and the wait was only a few minutes. When It was my turn, my package was waiting for me at the front desk and took 30 seconds to get it. The girl was extremely friendly and helpful PLUS wearing a mask. This is Weld County where most cases of Covid19 are, but the people coming in behind, nobody was wearing masks. Should be mandatory. I was very grateful to everyone at this post office for their help.
