He was very professional, patient, and explained everything clearly before notarizing my documents. What really stood out was his friendly attitude and attention to detail. He made sure all signatures and paperwork were completed correctly, and the whole process was handled efficiently.   This location has nice customer service. Today, I particularly came in because one of my items was not given to USPS and didnt have tracking. Not their fault but I will have to file a claim with USPS. Ms. Astrid was very nice to give me USPS customer service number and redirect me kindly.

  If you want to print a document they charge $2 to email it to them and they also charge a dollar PER PAGE to scan a document. Ridiculous. And I’ve had bad experiences with a notary here too. Basically they’re only good at Amazon returns. And they’re again under new ownership? What is going on.
